Registrar Office Information

The Registrar鈥檚 Office serves as the official custodian of student academic records. The office is responsible for recording grades, preparing official transcripts, evaluating academic records, overseeing the University course catalog and class schedule, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of student information.

  • The Parchment site will walk you through the steps necessary to order an official transcript.
  • The cost per transcript is $10.00 (all charges are non-refundable)
  • The cost per transcript for Third Party orders is $15.00 (all charges are non-refundable)
  • Your electronic transcript is available for 7 days and can be downloaded up to 3 times within those 7 days.
  • Normal processing time is 3-4 business days. Certain peak times of the academic year and periods of system maintenance may require longer processing times.

The Enrollment Verification Certificate printed from the NSC website can be presented to insurance agencies, housing authorities, consumer product companies, banks, etc., when asked to provide official evidence of enrollment at McMurry University.
