Emergency Notifications

For family emergencies, contact the Student Affairs Office atÌý325-793-4680Ìýto deliver an urgent message to a student in class. Student Affairs can help locate the student and assist with notification when appropriate.

If a serious emergency occurs (such as a death or accident), students should contact Student Affairs so that faculty and relevant offices can be notified. Students are responsible for completing any missed coursework.

This process applies only to family emergencies. Students who are ill should contact their instructors directly.
